Rocket and cherry tomatoes sald with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing

Intense ruby red in colour. Cherry and blackberry aromas with hints of black pepper and bitter cocoa, upon a pleasant background of sweet spices. Taste: Soft, with elegant tannins and a lingering finish recalling fruits of the forest, cherry and spicy notes.

Elegant bright red colour, which gives off lovely violet reflections. On the nose, it’s rich and aromatic, with aromas such as strawberry and raspberry, enhanced by spicy notes. On the palate, it reveals a fruity side, fresh with an interesting structure, and soft tannins. The name Lacryma Christi has its roots in a number of legends, the best known one tells that Lucifer took with him a piece of heaven when he was cast out. When God saw Italy's Gulf of Naples, he recognised it as this stolen piece and wept over the loss; so the vines of Lacryma Christi sprang miraculously from the earth where his tears fell.

Biological. Lively ruby red colour, strong and intriguing fragrances recalling cherries and plums, followed by undergrowth and earthiness notes: sharp spicing of rhubarb with balsamic notes of myrtle and cocoa powder. Nose-palate profile highlights direct and remarkable tannins, with medium-length and absolute pleasantness, medium bodied. (Bottle)

Colour: Crystalline, straw yellow. Aroma: Intense nose with notes of fruit including pineapple, banana, apple and pear on a light background of white flowers. Taste: Immediately impactful in the mouth with good acidity, fresh and tasty with a delicious aftertaste recalling green apple and banana.
